Position: Financial Controller
Department: Finance & Admin
Report to: General Director and the Board of Directors
Minimum qualification: University Degree in Finance/Accounting with Chief Accountant certificate. Preferably with minimum 5 years managerial experience and with MBA qualification.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the Finance & Administration team to achieve the objectives of the Company.
* In charge of finance, accounting, legal and administration functions of the Company.
* Implement and execute assigned functions in strict compliance with the policies of the Company, Vietnamese laws and regulations and due care.
* Maintain accurate and timely accounting records and to ensure legal compliance and timely accounting and statutory reporting of the company.
* Submit accurate and timely tax and other statutory reports to relevant authorities.
* Prepare and submit monthly financial reports (Balance sheet, Profit & Loss accounts & cash flow statements) and cash flow forecast. Highlight financial actual performance variances against budget to General Director and the Board of Directors.
* Co-ordinate with other division, compile and prepare annual financial budget for the Company.
* Develop, review periodically and improve internal control systems to safe-guard company’s assets.
* Review and control all suppliers’ contracts to protect the Company’s interest/benefit.
* Liaise with legal or government authorities to ensure legal compliance and validity of sales transaction documentation and ownership certificates.
* Train staff under care to achieve satisfactory job performance.
* Work closely with other Divisions in the Company to achieve and provide excellent customer experiences, cost effectiveness and meeting all assignment/project timelines.
* Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time.
