RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage, monitor, reconcile customer’s account report monthly in ensuring that the accounting report are processed on time, effectively, accurately and with utmost integrity.
- Handle customer’s enquiries via online chat system and email in providing relevant resolution where necessary.
- Ensure timely preparation of yearly financial reports which comply with IFRS and tax requirements for Hong Kong and Singapore companies as well as the reporting requirements.
- Liaise between independent auditors and client's questions on all annual audit matter & reports. (You will be trained the knowledge for International Accounting - Auditing policies).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing,...or other related majors.
- Fluent in English.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in relevant positions, preferably with an international accounting firm.
- Have knowledge of IFRS, IAS, accounting software (Xero, Quickbook, Misa,...) is a plus.
- Good at Microsoft Office.
- Be well-organized, detail-oriented, patient, enthusiastic.
- Salary review: 2 times/year.
- 13th month salary.
