JOB DESCRIPTION
- Update bank & cash every morning
- Make daily bank & cash reports before 5h30 pm daily
- Collet cash from the Bar team and update into the Fast system timely
- Update payment via bank/ cash into the Fast system
- Completing posting of account payable invoices and accrual transactions to accounting software
- Respond to vendor inquiries
- Make POS / Onepay report ( receive the report from bank / Onepay service and check bank statement/checking revenue account to ensure all are aligned and ask if having any variance)
- Prepare the payment schedule for suppliers and send it to Chief Accountant to prepare money for the payment
- Check POS report with Revel
- Cash advance report / Float Report (End of the monthly)
- Advance: remind to end-user to clear advance
- Send the final report to CA & FD
- Bank / Cash minutes report
- FS Report for F&B Holding Group
- Credit card report-VCB
- F&B Management Reports
- GL Reconcile (on 10th)
- Purchase Contract update on the Serve
- Other tasks in line with the MEC schedule
- Have knowledge in Accounting major
- Around 1 year of experience as an accountant, manufacturer, or F&B is the priority
- Basic English with 4 skills
- Negotiation Salary up to 16mil
- Parking fee support
- Will be promoted to higher-level if good performance in future
- 13th-month salary
