The company is currently active in Viet Nam and Thailand and is exclusive representative of some large international firms in the field of animal nutrition as Perstorp (Holland), Animine (France) or Jefo (Canada).
The company is currently looking for a new “Accounting and administrative officer”.
Job description:
- Be in charge of recording and reporting all financial flows of the company: accounting and cash
management.
- Prepare and submit the official reports to Labor department and Social and health department.
- Coordinate with our audit company the tax (CIT and VAT) reporting to the tax administration.
- Be in charge of all the operation of payments and of the collect of payments.
- Be in charge of the sales administration: preparation of sales contract, follow-up of delivery and
management of receivable.
- Be in charge of the preparation of import documents for custom clearance.
Candidate’s requirements:
- Be graduate from University with a major in accounting and financial management.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in SME accounting.
- Be able to communicate in English (written and spoken) in a professional environment.
- Be able to handle responsibilities and to be flexible face to daily challenges.
- Be eager to perform in his/her job and to improve his/her skills and abilities.=
Conditions:
- Based in HCMC, District 2
- Gross Salary: up to 10,000,000 VND per month.
- Yearly bonus up to 1 month of salary based on an Individual Performance Plan.
- Phone allowance.
