[General Accountant]
Ưu tiên kế toán xây dựng vì bên e là chủ đầu tư xây dựng trung tâm thương mại của Nhật.
Responsibilities:
- Check and post daily data accounting into system.
- Monthly, quarterly, yearly review VAT, PIT, SI, HI and other tax reports as request by law.
- Prepare/ review other reports to Vietnam authorities and internal reports when requested.
- Prepare/check financial statement monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Deal with Tax Department and other Vietnam authorities when requested.
- Process staff claim and manage petty cash.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Reconciliation of Bank statement, cash, recoverable.
Requirements:
- University Graduated in Accounting/Finance, graduated from National Economic University preferred.
- At least 3 years experiences in the same position at multi-company, preferable for foreign investment company.
- Experience in handling various accounting and tax tasks as General Accountant
- Fluent in both English & Vietnamese speaking and writing.
- Proficiency in MS Office especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, know how to use accounting software.
- Attention to details, good attitudes towards company target.
- Deep understanding Vietnamese Tax regulation and VAS
Salary: Negotiation(400~500$)
